I read this book after seeing it praised so highly at Slashdot, and wasn't dissapointed. It's a book written by two men who have studied the Software Development process closely, and within are their findings regarding proper environment. Reading this book let me know how good I have things at work, and what aspects of my work environment could be imporoved.
