FTF_PRESS seemed to get in the way a few times.  I don't think it's necessary 
to disable press during readjustments or retreats.  As for press after 
deadlines - I tend to favor stricter deadlines.  However, the loss of 
communication might be the wrong mechanism.  Overall, I'd lean towards 
dropping FTF_PRESS.

MUST_ORDER was good.  I'd recommend it again.
