OK.  I just got bit by this one in allequal_11.  Deadline times for
that game is expressed as GMT time.  I did specify that mn_std01
should be Central time, so hopefully this won't be a problem.  In any
case, be very careful to interpret the time listed in the Deadline
correctly.
