[MN-dip] who are we still waiting on?

Folks,

I've played dozens of on-line games; it's not like I don't know how it
works.   I've never had any problems --  until now.  I can't get the
computer to let me sign-on.  I've tried everything.  Nothing works.  I
try from my office computer, from my home (my only two addresses), I've
registered with the judge (it accepted that).  However, every time I try
to join, I send the following (red being my password):

JOIN mn_std01 red  OrangeBubble
set preference FIATEGR
SIGNOFF

 I just  keep getting the following from the computer:

Your e-mail address (tom.woodhouse at riverland.edu) is
not registered with the DPPD, or your DPPD status does
not allow you to use the JOIN command.

for assistance.

At this point, I just give up.  I am sorry, but please  find another

on the subject... and sign up. If your intentions have
changed, please let us know about that, too.

I've contacted a bunch of people who might like to
take the seventh spot but so far no takers. Is there
no final person, from this list of 60+ people, who
would like to play?
