I am helping the player out.  We are awaiting registration through the
DPJudge Player Database (DPPD) before re-attempting to join the game.
*jump through hoop A to get to hoop B*  I had forgotten that this was
a requirement and didn't get prompted myself, because I had previously
played on this server.

It's fairly simple for me to change this to a public game.  Since
we're maintaining anonymity for powers, this shouldn't be a problem.
