Insane yes, but no diplomacy involved.  This is a NO_PRESS game.  I
did mention that I wasn't going to reveal my power color, but then
told you all that I was the only one to support in the first move,
giving it away: Blue.

The nice thing about games that are named the same, just incremented,
is that it's a ready-reference to past games.  For example, you can go
to http://www.floc.net/dpjudge?game=allequal_10 shows the last game of
the same format.  In reading this game, I've already picked up a
couple tricks. ;-)
