The game was in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I'm always leery of center-count based systems for FTF games as
real-world scheduling/time/life constraints usually mean there's a final
turn where everyone's "just having fun" since they know it's the last.
That said I beleive the final count came to:
    France: 13
    Austria: 7
    Russia: 14
