Remember folks, you've got to register with the USIN judge before you sign
onto the game.  If you 've never played using a computer judge, you really
should download and read the "newbies guide ..."  It is very helpful.

I will register the game on an on-line mapper program so that you can look
at a map of our game on-line.  The map will show unit positions, deadlines,

To register with USIN, fill out the following and send it to the judge at:
judge@thekleimans.com

Name: Charles V (CHANGE THIS OR FACE CONSEQUENCES)
Phone: (100) 100-1000 (CHANGE THIS)
Site: Your site (CHANGE THIS, etc. UCLA anything)
Address: Your street address
Country: This shouldn't be too hard
Email: make sure you type your address correctly
Level: Novice, Intermediate or Expert  (PICK ONLY ONE!!!)
Birthdate: whatever your big day is
Sex: Male or Female (pick one)

Once you are registered, send the following message to sign-up for the game:
signon ?mn2004 (a code word you make-up here)  Standard
set preference RGAITFE  (this sets the preference of powers you want to
play.  Arrange them in any order you prefer.  In this case, I'm telling the
computer I want Russia first and England last.

In the above paragraph, keep your code word to yourself, always!!  It must
be used each time you contact the computer.
