[MN-dip] Flyer

I've made up a quick flyer that I'll be posting on the bulletin board at
the source.  I was working on the assumption that no one who has not
previously played Diplomacy is going to get interested by anything I put
in a flyer, so instead I just tried for something that would have people
saying, "Oh, yeah, I remember that from college 10 years ago."  It's
missing any date/time/location info that will cause it to "expire".

It'll be available for viewing (or grabbing and printing) at
http://ry4an.org/tmp/print/flyer.png until I get a chance to go to
Kinko's an run a few off on their color laser printer.

Looks like we're still at six for our game on the 30th, but we've got a
few of our past attendees who've not yet checked in that will likely
play.  I think our chances of pulling seven are high.
