[MN-dip] 2003 World Diplomacy Championships

I see my friend Manus just turned our little list into an extension of
his WDC propoganda machine.  There's nothing much more I can say that he
didn't cover below except to relate what a wonderful time I've had at
each of the diplomacy tournamants I've attended.  I went to WDC in 1996
and again in 2000, and both times it was an amazing experience.  What's
more I attended the ARMADA's last Regatta and had an excellent time
being whipped many fine dippers at a surpurbly run tournament.

I highly recommend that anyone who has the time and travel budget to
spare ignore the unfortunate Valentine's Day scheduling and make an
effort to attend.  You'll be telling the war stories for years.
